The Ultimate Milk Analyzer for Optimal Dairy Products Valorization
The DairySpec FT is an FTIR milk analyzer that enables precise and reliable analysis of the chemical composition of milk and dairy products. From raw milk to processed liquid and semi-liquid matrices—cream, ice cream, yogurt, whey, permeate, retentate, and flavored milk—the DairySpec FT ensures rigorous quality control for dairy processors.
Capable of analyzing up to 64 parameters simultaneously (fat, protein, total solids, lactose, casein, etc.), it delivers significant time savings and is the optimal solution for quality control of both raw materials and processed products.

The DairySpec FT is ICAR-certified for cow’s milk analysis, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability in line with international standards. Equipped with the same technology as the Bentley FTS, also ICAR-certified for analysis of goat’s and sheep’s milk, the DairySpec FT offers comparable performance for these types of milk, making it a versatile, high-performance tool for dairy laboratories.
Versatile FTIR Milk Analyzer for Dairy
The DairySpec FT FTIR milk analyzer stands out for its ease of use and versatility, making it the ideal solution for fast, reliable dairy composition testing across raw and processed products.
