The Ilas 3000 robot automates sample preparation on CombiFTS (and alternative methods) at a maximum throughput of up to 600 samples/hour to optimally standardize the analytical chain and reduce MSDs.

The new Ilas 4000 robot automates and standardizes samples preparation on the BactoCount (and alternative methods) at a maximum throughput of 200 samples/hour. The robot is maintained at 4°C to secure sample integrity. Samples are identified, inverted, uncapped, analyzed, recapped and replaced in their original tray position.

The Capper robot allows to dispense the preservative and cap the vials at a maximun rate of 2500 vials/hour. It can be equipped with an input/output module or a gravity roller depending on the space available.

The Sorter robot automatically sorts the samples according to the required analytical chains. Refrigerated to maintain samples integrity, it allows to sort the vials very quickly according to up to 6 different criteria.

France Conseil Élevage in collaboration with Sayca (Iberian company) has decided to take up the challenge of developing its own robotic sampler intended for Conseil Livestock companies for milk performance control.
