Easy access to our instruments technical information

For an easy understanding and maintenance of our instruments, technical documents and tools are provided (3D e-drawing , technical manual, diagnostic interface, …). This makes it easier to identify potential problems and communicate with our technical team.

We also offer training on site or in our training centre based in Maroeuil (France).

Customized partnership

The analysis of specific products and components may require the development of new calibrations. This research can be done in our French R&D center (based on your spectra and reference values).

Shipment of spare parts

We have a large stock of spare parts in our French warehouse and guarantee shipment in Europe typically within 24 to 48 hours.

The FreshDesk platform is available after registration and gives access to our e-service platform: e-ticket service for all technical inquiries, technical database (equipment history, technical notes, manuals…), diagnostic tools (problem/solution), worldwide network of engineers for a quick and interactive assistance available at any time.
