ILAS 3200 - Software and LIMS Integration

The ILAS3200 software provides a comprehensive operator interface, allowing laboratories to perform maintenance tasks for servicing, configure various parameters for customised sample handling and monitor system performance in real time.

  • User-friendly touchscreen for easy operation, visualisation and management of sample data.
  • Pre programmed custom workflow configuration to suit specific laboratory requirements.
  • Automated data capture for each sample, including processing steps and analysis status.
  • Two way customised integration with LIMS for enhanced traceability, reporting and retrieval of sample information for sorting (if required). Optional transfer of sample details such as volume, temperature before testing and time spent in the water bath.
  • Real-time monitoring and alerts to maximise uptime and efficiency.
  • Full recovery from ESTOP and power cut, with the ability to unload samples or resume when appropriate.
  • Data export and reporting tools for quality control, auditing and compliance.
  • Remote support and upgrades available when enabled.
  • Ability to disable one analyser so the robot will only feed the remaining analyser with the dual analyser module.
  • Comprehensive user friendly service tools for calibration, testing and fault finding.

The ILAS3200 represents the next- generation of automated sample handling systems, combining precision engineering and highly modular design. It has been developed to meet the demands of todays high-throughput laboratories, offering flexibility, scalability and reliability.

At its core is a powerful 6-axis robot featuring configurable vial handling, a precisely controlled heated water bath and an intelligent processing circuit. The system automates sample identification, inversion, decapping and presentation to the analyser, with optional sample temperature and volume measurement for enhanced quality assurance.
